Have a vision for your life but not sure where to go next or how to take action? Have an idea or essence of what you want to create but still aren’t clear enough.

In this article I’m going to share with you how to create the life that you want, the process of creating life, and then share with you some tips and techniques that I use to create.

I’ve had many wants and desires in my life. And in this world you can get overwhelmed by the plethora of options. How do we know what we actually want? It can be overwhelming because never before have we had so many options thrown at us in one time.

This is why it’s important to have someone in your life like a coach, mentor, or extremely close friend who can narrow down your mind. Who can see deep within you and ask the right questions so you can become clear and focused about what it is that you actually want.

Many of us have desires. But we don’t know exactly what it is that we truly want. And we don’t want to start investing our time, energy, and money into something that we’re not absolutely 100% sure about. We have a fear to invest something that may not make us happy.

So how do you narrow down to what it is that you actually want.

There are two answers!

#1 Realize that happiness and fulfillment and is essentially what every human being wants. And all of these things exist on a spectrum and wheel. So I introduce to you the wheel of life! The wheel of life helps you organize the entirety of your life and the interconnectedness of it all. If each area is in balance then you will naturally feel good about your life. One amazing exercise to do is to fill out how satisfied you are in each area ranging from 1 to 10

This allows you to see where you need to work on and focus more. It also allows you to see where you need to lay back on and focus somewhere else.

#2 You have to ask the right questions. You have to challenge every answer.

The word question actually stems from the word quest. So when your asking yourself questions you have to ask yourself, “Where are these questions taking me? And where am I actually trying to get to?”

This is why it is helpful to have someone in your life who will call you out on your bullshit. Who can be kind, caring, compassionate, and understanding but at the same time will reveal to you when your lying to yourself. Our mind is a fickle thing. And it wants to stay alive and protected.

Many of the times we don’t actually want to really know, on a subconscious level, what it is that we really want because that means we have to change the way that we’re living and interacting with the world. We have to go against certain fears and we naturally don’t like to feel comfortable.

Is there someone in your life who will call you when your mind tries to play tricks on you? A good coach is handy here. This is part of the work that I do with my clients. I’m honest, caring, and compassionate yet I’m looking for when their mind is lying to themselves and then nip it in the bud.

You create the life of your dreams by living in accordance with your dreams. And if you want to live in accordance with your dreams then that means stepping outside of the box. Going against your fears. Being open and vulnerable and honest with yourself. And most importantly, taking action. There is a process as to how we build the life of our dreams.

It takes three things. Vision, strategy, and then action. It’s that simple. You focus on the vision and what it is that you really want to create. Then you craft a strategy complete with an analysis of resources, and then you take action to put that plan in place.

Now this is where some people fall off. They have an essence or an idea of what it is that they want to create but they cannot feel it or see it fully. It’s muddled. If this is the case then please feel free to email me and I will share with you a powerful exercise that will help you get in touch with that vision and bring it forward.

After getting a clear insight as to what you want to create next comes the planning and revising process. You need to create a solid proof plan that is focused yet at the same time open to change and revision, because everything is always changing around us.

The plan should be flexible and focused. It should have a list of Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats, also known as a SWOT analysis.

Then comes the hardest part for most people. Action. This is where it helps to have a coach or mentor who will kick you in the ass when you need it and keep you motivated. We all come up with excuses as to not take the actions that we know we need to in life.

And a good mentor or coach will call you out when you aren’t taking those actions. They’ll listen to you and be understanding and attentive but they won’t baby you. They’ll call you out on your bullshit. And that’s there job. This is the work that I do and that I most enjoy. Because it transforms and changes peoples lives and that’s why many of us our truly looking for.

Deepest Blessings and Pranams
