Are you feeling anxious and stressed on the inside, yet cannot understand what is causing it? Are you afraid of losing everything that you have from your relationships to your job to your lifestyle? Do you feel like all of this is leaving even though outwardly everything may appear to be OK?

I understand what you’re going through and I’am also on the other side of these Spiritual awakening symptoms and in this article I will tell you how to get to the other side quicker so you can stop experiencing the unpleasant effects of anxiety. Furthermore, I will describe the global shift that is happening around the world and the raising of consciousness into a new era. I will talk about the new currencies that will start to rule the world and how adapting to a new way of being and interacting with life is the next step in human evolution. If you align your being with this new way of adaptation then you will be less anxious, nervous, and scared.

How to get to the other side of the unpleasant anxiety and stress signals.

#1: Accept. Now this is easier said then done. People use to tell me, “Oh just surrender. Accept. Embrace the moment.” That all sounds good in theory but like most things putting it into practice is something else.

How can you just tell your mind to be a certain way overnight. If you’ve had trouble accepting things your whole life then the shift isn’t going to happen over night. And it can be frustrating when you look around and it seems like other people aren’t anxious and it seems easy to them to be present and in flow. So how do you truly accept what is coming at you. Well first it comes down to understanding what you can and cannot control. You see our mind freaks out when we cannot control things. It goes bonkers and reaches out for controlling things to make itself feel better. This is why some people eat when they’re anxious. When you cannot control a situation you can just turn to your pantry door and find some food. At least eating is guaranteed.

The mind will play games and wrap itself around issues that it isn’t even in control of. What you first need to do in order to come into a state of acceptance is you have to understand what you can and cannot control. And that starts with making a list. What kind of list? A list of fears. Why fears? Because the mind loves to wrap itself around what we fear most. And if you can identify what you fear most and then separate what you can control and can’t control then you’ll that you’ll be able to reduce your anxiety drastically.

So the first thing I want you to do is write down all your fears. Every single one of them. Maybe you have a fear of being homeless, or losing all your money, or going broke. It doesn’t matter write down all of them. Then after you’ve written down all of your fears make a list of things in your in control of and not in control of.

For instance, let’s say you have a fear of losing your job. Why do you have a fear of losing your job? You say because, “My company is downsizing and I don’t know if I’ve been performing the best lately.” So what do you do? You get anxious and worked up and wonder and live everyday in fear of losing your job. Instead of focusing on the fear that you may lose your job, which is a possibility and should be thought about initially, switch your attention to what you can control. You cannot control whether your boss chooses to fire you or not.

But you can control other factors. Like working hard, putting yourself out there more. Making impressions on your boss that won’t cause him to fire you. Now, you can still do all these things and he still may fire you. That’s OK. Focus on the things you can control.

Worst case scenario he does fire you. Now what? Well you have the ability to go out and find a new job. You have the ability to put yourself out there. You have a skillset that is marketable. You cannot control the outcomes of life but you can always control how you respond to it and take action. And the more you take action the more life will respond to you. Fear is nothing more than a feeling or internal belief that we won’t get what we want. I’am telling you right now if you just continue to take the necessary steps and actions you will get what you want in time. It may not happen right away but it will come. You can only shoot the basketball, no matter how bad you are at the sport, so many times before it goes in by chance. So don’t worry about what you can and cannot control. Just focus on what you can do and respond to life accordingly. Loss and replacement is a natural part. Whatever is taken from you in life is only making room for something new to come in.

Now, what about the new era that we are moving into. For the last three centuries humans have lived mostly in their minds. It was called the age of enlightenment and rational in the 18th century, which stemmed from Descartes, “I think therefore I’am.” This was the apex of humans identifying with their minds. So much so that we think we are just our thoughts and that’s it. This paradigm of thought and being is falling away.

Now we are raising in levels of consciousness. Before everything was planned out. We planned for the future and pondered our past. Now, humans are evolving into a species where we the past won’t be to much in our awareness and the future isn’t thought about too much either. We’re heading to place where a majority of our energies will be here in the present. It’s when our energies are most focused on the present that we are most effective in the present and ironically building a most secure future. People think that in order to build a secure future they have to have a five ten fifteen year plan. That’s the old way of thinking. The planet is changing so quickly now from the rise of technology and international travel that our consciousness and the way we think has to change to. Before rationale and futuristic thinking was held supreme if you wanted to be successful in today’s world. That’s the old paradigm. That’s failing now. The world is changing so quickly that our energies have to learn to focus on the immediate moment and learn to do one task at a time incredibly effective. There are too many future variables that will change in order to understand the market now. So what are the new currencies?

Intuition and wisdom. Before rationale (forward linear thinking) and information was valued. Now, linear thinking is becoming obsolete because the times are changing so fast. Information isn’t valuable as much either because there is so much of it. It’s changing everyday. One study gets released one week and a new one comes out the next week saying that the other one is wrong. People’s minds are getting overwhelmed with information and short circuiting which is what is causing all of this anxiety.

Now what we need to do as individuals is learn to listen to our bodies. Learn to listen to our intuition and never mind all the noise of experts, studies, and diagrams. We are living in an information overload. Forget all the information and come back into yourself.

Deepest Blessings and Peace!
