Spiritual Awakening and Managing Diet

In this article I will share with you the changes that occur in our diet when going through a spiritual awakening.

Your vibration is your energetic signature. Your energetic signature is the level at which your energy naturally balances or aligns at. Whenever we go through a huge shift energetically then we must learn to stabilize and balance at this new energy level or we will drop off. Many people don’t realize that they first must allow their body to find a new equilibrium and balance before they can start making new and higher changes. This is because whenever energy shifts whether for good or bad it goes into a state of flux. And when this happens it needs to ground and stabilize before another series of successful movements can happen. If grounding doesn’t happen then the new energy or vibration won’t ground in the body and you may feel as if your floating in space or into the ethers. Because your energies are. There is no balance.

Now where does food play a role in this?

Many people in this community think it is the best to eat all vegan and fruits all the time 24/7 to keep their energies high. This is true to a certain extent however it is also shortsighted if your going through a kundalini energy awakening.

I can remember when I first started to really wake up that all I did was eat healthy foods and go on juice fasts 24/7. Looking back at it this was bad for me at the time. I already had so much energy flooding my system that I should’ve been eating heavier dense foods that keep my energies grounding in the body all the time. This is why I tell people not to identify as being vegan or vegetarian. Because it might not benefit you all the time during this spiritual awakening. Sometimes you need a lot of meet to your ground energy into the body or else your mind will be picking up so many different energies around you. When I was juicing and kicking down a lot of new high energy my energies were so high and blasted out into the ethers that I didn’t know what was my thoughts and the thoughts of people around me. I was getting it all.

My empath sensors and feelers were blasted out so far on the mental plane that I was hearing everything around me. I was registering all the thought streams and couldn’t focus on the next thing in front of me that I needed to focus on.

It was truly an overwhelming time and I magnified it by thinking that I want to have the highest vibration I need to eat higher foods.

Many of us have had spiritual awakenings but we may have not all had the same amount or current of energy kicking down. You need to adjust what you eat to the amount of energy your system is pulling down. If you have a lot more energy coming down like me then you need to ground in the body with certain foods.

Don’t try to overwhelm yourself at the beginning stages of spiritual awakening with a perfect diet, a perfect yoga routine, a perfect everything. The awakening process isn’t pretty, it isn’t patterned, and it isn’t logical at times.

So throw away all your plans and learn to be adaptable with your diet, lifestyle, and everything else because change in the beginning is guaranteed.

So what foods should you be eating?

Listen to your body. You might have times where you crave chocolate or old addictive patterns are trying to run out through your system. That’s fine let them do so and then move on. You can cause yourself added unnecessary stress by trying to fit everything to a strict legitimate routine.

Now after you do get to a certain stage within your awakening you will find that there only certain foods. What foods are good for you and which ones aren’t.

Well I can tell you that the best foods to eat are whole natural goods, no preservatives. Stay away from pesticides as much as you can. In my own diet and eat lots of fresh fruits, mostly smoothies because the substance doesn’t have to be broken down by the body which takes even more energy. I eat lots of nuts macadamia nuts, cashews, almonds. These are all very healthy and grounding foods. I rarely eat meat but every once in a while my body will crave it and I will it eat. The texture is too weird for me.

I stay away from heavy dairy foods because dairy really congests the systems and increases your mucus levels which makes it harder to breath and be alert. It dulls the system.

Be flexible with this. Know that your body is constantly going through changes and everything will always be affected. You have to be adaptable and learn to listen to your body. This process is about stepping back into your own power. And when you step back into your own power all those voices around you that say go on this diet and that diet will all start to fade away.
