What Every Spiritual Teacher Won't Tell You

Are you having trouble with anxiety? Do you feel like you’re moving too fast and yet at the same time not fast enough? Do you feel like you need a break but then you take a break and nothing works?
I felt so much stress and anxiety with my own life and I didn’t know what to do or how to fix it. I tried meditations, medications, and exercise and nothing worked. Until I learned how to fix my perspective and drop into a deeper part of my being.
In this article I’am going to share with you how consciousness streams work between groups of people and species and how this all connects to anxiety, worry, and stress.
And then in the next article, I’am going to go give you a grounding meditation that will allow you to step back away from the mind. You will be able to experience the mind as something separate from you. You see when we get anxious or tense it is because our awareness is focused on a part of our being. Specifically, our minds. But we are so much more than our mind. We have a body, physical sensations, emotions, and the ever present consciousness all these things embody.
First, before I can give you a solution to the problem I have to give you the understanding and the nature of the problem. Anxiety, stress, and worry is simply this: many thoughts that are unpleasant within a given amount of time.
Some people think fast and some people think slow. Some people think fast and have happy thoughts while others think slow and have bad thoughts. If you could measure a thought how would you do it? How many thoughts do you have in a given minute? And, how do you know which thoughts to act on?
The speed and quality of your thoughts determines your anxiety and stress levels. Many people want to learn to control their mind and be able to focus.
They also want to get rid of bad thoughts and slow down the speed of their mind. They have a mindstream that runs through their awareness or consciousness that is too fast and of bad quality. How can learn to control this?
Well, you cannot! That’s the hard part. You cannot control the mind. Instead you need to learn to control the energies that determine the way the mind functions and also how to control your awareness so when the mind starts being flooded with bad thoughts you can step back within your awareness and identify with consciousness, not the mindstream.
Most people get sucked in and focused at their mind. Their focus is up so close to the raging river that they think they are the raging river. When in reality they’re the consciousness perceiving that raging river. When you identify as consciousness all of a sudden you create a separation between you and the mindstream, or in the metaphor example the raging river.
Now, how to determine that quality of your thoughts. The quality of your thoughts are determined by one thing. Simply, what you pay attention too.
You see consciousness is connected to all things and it streams through everything. It streams through human beings and creates mass thought forms and cultures which people crowd around. Your thoughts are coming from everything you are paying attention too.
But most importantly, your thoughts are connected to what your energies are connected too. For example.
Let’s say you meet another person. You meditate a lot and you feel like overall you are a pretty peaceful person. Then you meet an individual who you don’t know who has internal anger issues or other violent thought streams. Maybe they have some anxiety issues. Let’s say you get in a relationship and you start getting physical. As soon as you orgasm and your life energies flow into that person you connect to their entire thoughtstream. You connect to their emotional stream you connect to everything. If your consciousness was operating let’s say at 100 thoughts per minute and there’s was operating at 200 thoughts a minute, which is pretty fast and shows up as anxiety then after you connect with them sexually you will start to operate at 150 thoughts per minute because you will share that consciousness stream with them.
Please see that the way your mind and emotions function and the speed at which your mind functions is directly related to who you are energetically connected with.
This also goes with your parents. Your parents created you in the act of sex so from an energetic perspective you are a product of their consciousness stream and whatever speeds and qualities they’re operating at you will operate at too until you break your karmas. Carl Jung always says, “That it is inevitable that we live out the unconsciousness of our parents.” And this is true. You will see many qualities of yourself in your parents until you become aware of them.
So if you want to feel less anxiety, tension, and stress then you need to realize and be aware of what your putting your energies into sexually. Two, your connection to your parents. You need to be 100% honest and forward with your parents about how you feel and think. This goes for young adults and full grown adults. How you feel and think is connected to them. And if your not sharing your true feelings and thoughts with them then you will continue to think more thoughts and emotions that are unpleasant.
Unpleasant emotions and a fast mind are simply the product of having to many energy connections to everything and everyone. Speak your mind and speak up. Even if you feel fear around voicing it. It’s OK. The more you speak about what you’re truly feeling and thinking the less thoughts you will have and the more relaxed you will feel because that energy is no longer cycling in the mind.
It is cycling out in the world. As it should be. If you want to have less frequent thoughts or slower thoughts per minute then be aware of your sexual connections to other people and also be aware of your connection to your parents and voice and say what you know needs to be said. In the next article I will give you a meditation process that will allow you to unhook from your mind and step back from it. So no matter what content and speed your mind is moving at. You can step back from it and identify with the consciousness that you are. Deepest blessings and peace my friends!
