Awaken Third Eye: A New Technique

Have you been wanting to be more in touch with your own self? Do you feel like you cannot hear your intuition? Do you feel as if sometimes your lost in the woods and unsure of which direction to go?
If this is the case then you need to learn how to awaken your Third Eye. In this video I will give you a new technique to awaken your third eye which will not only allow you to get in touch with your intuition but it will also help you see beyond the physical. When you see beyond the physical it becomes easier to trust the non-physical in everyday ordinary life.
But first I must share with you that although you may have done awakening your third eye exercises before they do not guarantee you to stay open or in touch with the deeper reality.
You might say, “But I’ve already opened it from this exercise.” But you have to realize that just like job industries, markets, and anything else in the world things evolve and change, and so do humans. What worked 1 year ago, 3 years ago, 5 years ago doesn’t necessarily work now and things get outdated. If your deeply involved in spiritual awakening then you are on the cusp of evolution. That means your always getting the latest and newest creations from the un-manifest realms that are creating the new patterns of behavior and ways to experience the world around. Simply put, humans are evolving and quicker now more then ever in today’s fast paced world. So you may have tried out other techniques. But try this one, I can promise you you’ll see some fast results in the way you develop your abilities.
So the first thing you have to do is calm your nervous system.
In today’s world we are drinking coffee and alcohol and other types of stimulants that keeps our nervous system wired. And you cannot open your intuition or hear unless you have a calm mind and body.
This starts with balancing the nervous system. Or balancing the left and rights sides of your energy channels, the Ida and the Pingala. The preliminary exercise to this is called Sukka Kriya in the yogic tradition, also known as alternate nostril breathing. This will help calm your subtle energies and make your body more interactive to the subtle energies around you.
Part 1
First, place your strong hand in front of your face with your thumb facing towards you. Now, using your thumb cover up the right side of your nose and inhale. You always start with an inhale from the left nostril. Breathe in until you cannot breathe and then use your pinky finger to coverup the left side of your nose and breathe out the right nostril. Then inhale again through your right nostril. After inhaling cover the right side of your nose and exhale out the left nostril. This is one cycle. Repeat this process for a minimum of 5 minutes. It’s important to know that in order to start the process you have to inhale through the left nostril and then to finish you exhale out the left nostril. The process always begins and ends with the left nostril.
Part 2
After you complete this your nervous system will have settled down. You now must go into what is called Vajrasana or just sitting on your knees. Place both your hands behind you and interlock them behind your neck right at the brain stem. Then focus your eyes approximately 6 inches behind your skull. Imagine and focus where the center of your brain is. Now imagine the energies flowing and rushing to that spot. Do this for at least 5 to 10 minutes. What this will do is it will pool your energies right at the center of your brain. Where your focus goes energy flows. So once you feel like you’ve pooled enough energy into this position.
Part 3
The last thing you need to do is place both of your index fingers from each side at the sides of your temples and imagine the energy blowing out the third eye or the center of your forehead. When you do all of this you will form a new energy pathway that will eventually start your energies up through the spine and out the third eye. But please be careful when you practice this. It’s a very powerful technique. If you are not grounded, still have a lot of trauma in the body that needs practicing then it isn’t worth getting into. First get your body into shape and grounded and then you can get into the more exciting things like seeing the beyond and interacting with other dimensions.
