How to feel less tired:
Are you down on energy? Do you feel tired throughout the day no matter what and it seems like you can’t get motivated or up and do something? Do you wonder if you suffer from Chronic Fatigue Syndrome?
I’ve been there and I understand your position. I went through this for nearly three years where I felt like I had barely enough energy to do anything. It was like when I woke up my body just felt so heavy and I didn’t want to get up. I just wanted to stay in bed all day. And then when I would think about all the things that I had to do I would feel overwhelmed.
Well, I don’t feel this way anymore.
And I have a solution. It’s a specific energy or meditation exercise that allows you to feel more energized, present, and motivated.
But before I share it with you I first have to explain to you how it works and clarify some things about how subtle energy works and trickles down into the physical.
If you’ve been watching me on youtube for quite some time then you’ve heard me say that you are your energy pattern. Simply put, you are what you do. We are not our mind’s bodies or thoughts we are actually the energy that pushes all of these things forward. And what we do in a given physical space programs that space.
So for example, if you want to learn yoga or a specific physical workout would you prefer to go to the physical space and take classes with other people or would you rather do it online.
Most people if they truly want to master the technique they will want to go to the physical space. It just isn’t the same experience if you do it at home. This is because your not in the subtle collective energies of the physical space.
Whatever activity you do in that space it leaves an impression or imprint of your energies in that space. It programs that space for that specific event or activity to take place in that space. It makes it easier to do that activity in that space because it has already been done there so many times. This is how subtle energy works.
You program physical spaces by what you do in that space and you increase the ease and probability of that event happening again.
So you actually build an energy pattern in specific places. This is exactly why you should have designated spaces in your house for designated things lest your energies and your mind get confused. Sleep only in your bed. Eat only at the table. Work only at your desk. This programs your subtle energies and matches them with the physical space. Have you ever been full of food in the stomach then all of a sudden you walk into a restaurant and find yourself wanting to eat again. You’ve been hacked by the subtle energies.
So where am I going with this? How does knowing this help you feel more energized and less tired?
Well, what you need to do is callback your energies into this time and space here and now. You see when you do an activity in a physical space you leave a part of your subtle energies there.
Have you ever felt like you left a place to quickly and your mind is still back there. Most people in life have trouble being present because their energies are still back in physical spaces. Their mind keeps replaying an old scenario over and over again because their energies are still locked back in that time and space. What you need to do in order to feel less tired, energized, and more present is call all of your energies back into this time and space dimension within the present. Do this at the end of everyday and you will drastically notice a difference in your life. In fact when you do thi
s meditation and you put the intent to call your energies back you will find that you feel a subtle rush of energy come back to you.
So, sit in a quiet space. Get comfortable and relaxed and say to yourself, “I call all my energies back into this present moment of time and space now.”
Do this and see how your feel in your body. Do you notice an influx of subtle energy? If not it’s OK. Your just not sensitive enough to it yet. Eventually, just like anything else you will develop a sensitivity and you will feel your subtle energies come back to you. You will feel an influx of energies come back in and you will feel present minded.
