How to Lucid Dream

In this article I'am going to share with you how to Lucid Dream the easy way. By taking pills at certain times of the night.

It's the modern way to do it I tried all different types of methods to lucid dreaming. The wild technique or wake induced lucid dreaming, the mild technique, dream checks throughout the day like checking your hands every 10 minutes to see if you truly do have 5 fingers. But I found this way to be the easiest as sometimes life gets too busy for us to do all the things we love. I'am going to share with you what pills you need to buy, don't worry they're all legitimate and healthy for the body and brain, nothing illegal, the physiology behind the timing for taking the supplements and then some extra tips you can do to enhance your dream world.

Lucid dreaming has many benefits from knowing that you are more than your physical body to exploring your subconscious, or the superconsciousness of the human species, to taking a much needed break from the pains of the physical. Everytime I have a fantastic lucid dream experience I find myself refreshed and ready to take on the world again.

Just like anything else using traditional methods to lucid dreaming takes time. However, doing it the pharmacological way is much easier, just as effective. However, it is critical that you set the intent. Intention is next to everything in this process. I'll talk more about this later. There are four different types of pills that you need to get and all of them are easy to acquire and can be bought inside any pharmacy store like Rite Aid with the exception of one which needs to be bought on Amazon.

Firstly, you need vitamin B

12. Any dosage will do as long as it is B12. B12 wakes up our body, gets our blood flowing and increases our awareness of our surroundings. It is added into all energy drinks because it gets the body alert and ready to go. Secondly, you'll need some 5 HTTP. You don't have to get this but it is highly recommended. 5HTTP is good for the brain but were using this for other purposes. Most of us have probably heard of the four stages of sleep in REM. Our body goes through each stage and then at the end it goes into REM. It is split up into 4 2 hour cycle. However, after each cycle the body goes deeper into REM. Why is REM important for us to know about? Because in REM is when we dream. And if you suppress REM sleep in the first two cycles then the body will want to catch up on REM sleep so what it will do is for the remaining two cycles it will skip the 4 stages of sleep and go directly into REM. So what we want to do is take one pill of 5HTTP right before we go to sleep to suppress the first two REM cycles. In the last two cycles of the night, if done correctly, you can spend nearly 4 hours in REM. That means four hours of lucid dreaming, if you can maintain that level of awareness that is. Which if you can I'd have to say is very impressive.

Time is so relative in the dream world. I've had some experiences where it felt as if I lived an entire life in the dream world.

Thirdly, you want to take the pill galantamine. Galantamine is the more pricey pill, next to 5HTTP, and you'll have to buy it online at Amazon. This is the most important pill that you'll be taking although all of them act in a synergestic way. Galantamine is actually prescribed to Alzeheimers patients because it increases the synapses between neurons in the brain which allows for better memory recall as well as speeds up the connection process. We've all had the experience of when first waking up we think how cool our dream is until two seconds later we forget it. Galantamine will allow you to recall your dreams which can give you vital information about how your subconscious works. Lastly, we want to take Choline. Choline is an important substance because it allows Galantamine to cross the blood brain barrier so the pills can act in a fast way. Choline is a supporter or catalyst for Galantamine to be most effective. So here is the schedule if you are running an 8 hour sleep cycle. You first take 5HTTP to suppress the first two REM cycles. You set an alarm for four hours after you sleep. Set up the pills and a drink of water right next to your bed so you have to do as less movement as possible. The quicker you can get your body to go back to sleep the better. Next, you wake up four hours later and take the Galantamine, Choline, and Vitamin B12 all at the same time. This combination is incredibly powerful.

However, the most important thing you can do is set an intent before you go to sleep and when you wake up as you take the pills. Before you sleep hold all four pills in your hand and set the intention, "I'am aware of my dreams."

Look at the pills and literally talk to them. Setting this intent will prime your body to do it's part but it will also prime the pills to do theirs. To increase your chances of having lucid dreams occur you can stack with other methods such as doing dream checks throughout the day as well as keeping a dream journal next to your bed.
