#1 Cold showers in the morning.

It's really hard to get up in the morning, especially on Mondays. Your body doesn't want to get up and you hear your mind say, "Go back to sleep!" As soon as you hear this tell yourself no I have to get up and start my day. The first thing I do when I get up is throw my body into a cold shower. It may feel better to have a hot shower. It feels great and you just want to stay in there but you'll feel even better after you take a cold shower. You might hate this routine at first but eventually your body will get used to it and it won't be horrible, it will just be second nature.

#2 Place balm under your nose and beneath your eyes as soon as you get out of the cold shower.

This will further wake your body up and give you a shock. Your body will feel fresh from the cold shower and then after that you place the balm under your nose you will feel clear and fresh. Furthermore, the balm under your eyes, just a tiny bit, will make your eyes feel like they're breathing.

#3 After you do this you should do some form of physical practice.

It can be anything you want. It could be Tai chi, yoga, a form of weightlifting, even a jog. Just get your body up and moving as soon as you can. You may feel you want to be slow but you can overcome this with a little discipline in the morning. When you apply these in the morning you'll feel much better and energized throughout the day.

#4 Eat mostly fruits, vegetables, and nuts, stay as far away from the cooked foods as much as you can.

I'am not saying never eat them but reduce them from your diet on a daily basis. When you cook food you deprive your body of prana, or the life energy that sustains all things as well as important enzymes that aid in digestion. When you lose these enzymes that your body needs it takes more energy for digestion. This is why many people get tired after they eat. Eating should energize you not deplete you.

#5 Have some creative outlet. Whatever it may be from writing, to lifting, to playing an instrument.

Humans are just energy. We eat food and then use our bodies and minds. We are simply a play of energy. Most of the time the way we use our energy is dictated by something on the outside. For instance, we work and use energy but our work usually takes place within certain guidelines. It's restricting. A creative outlet allows you to use your energies in a way that has no guidelines. It gives you a sense of freedom and can be energizing in and of itself.
