Cultivating Spiritual Energy: Building your Energies for Success

What does it mean to cultivate spiritual energy? What is spiritual energy? How do we collect it, use it wisely, and allow our being to rise to higher states of energy and awareness?

The purpose of living is to grow and expand. Growing and expanding can take many different shapes and forms. Usually, wherever you have a fear, anytime you work past or through that fear you have grown and evolved. You broke a pattern of the past and now you have gone up a step on the level of being. This is what it means to cultivate spiritual energy. If we look around at life we can see that the purpose of it is to grow. Everything grows and expands and then is consumed and changes energy forms. Or it simply decays and dies. Your body is a piece of life. So naturally it wants to grow and expand. Not just physically but emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. Now where does cultivating spiritual energy come in?

Spiritual energy is an energy that sets the container for things to grow and expand at quicker rates.

For instance, have you ever met a person who is a spiritual master. Just being in their presence you can tell that you are more aware of your actions and why you do what you. It's because that person embodies a higher frequency and maintains a daily spiritual practice. Because of this the energy he builds within and around himself vibrates at a higher frequency. Thus anyone who comes into contact with him will feel this temporary boost in their system. They might feel happier, lighter, have bursts of insight. In the spaces where energy is vibrating at a higher frequency it is easier to do whatever it is you want to do within that space.

That is why it is important to designate spaces for specific activities and to do those activities specifically in those spaces. You increase the frequency of that space so it makes it easier to do whatever event you just did in that space again thus increasing efficiency.

Think of spiritual energy as a foundation for something to happen. If you have a weak foundation then whatever your trying to build will be harder. However, if you have a strong foundation then it allows a person to grow at quicker pace. Exponentially, they can grow faster and faster. Cultivating spiritual energy is an important practice for every individual. You speed up your evolutionary growth as well as bless all those around you or who come into contact with you. There are many ways you can cultivate spiritual energy. Doing your yoga practices whatever form it may be, meditating, doing volunteer work. Anything you do that doesn't revolve around yourself and your own being is a means to cultivate spiritual energy. Every time you act in a way that shows that you trust life, against where many others would allow fear to control them, helps you cultivate spiritual energy.

In the universe everything is energy, including us. We look at ourselves as static beings who change very slowly. But in reality the human system is constantly in a state of flux and change.

It's always rebuilding itself over and over again. At the physical level the changes are minor and barely noticeable however at the microscopic levels everything is shifting and changing. The body itself is an entire universe. When you make choices that increase your spiritual energy you build the body, and the other bodies, to a higher form. You will operate smoother and more efficiently.

There are many times where masters use their spiritual energy to bless others as well as objects. In the West we tend to think that blessings and consecrations are just outdated belief systems that have no real effect on the physical world.

However, nothing could be further from the truth. Everything in existence has a certain energy signature after it is used by something. For instance, say you bought a new car and your a happy person who has a strong belief that the world isn't out to get you and that you are blessed. The things in your life, how they function, and operate will reflect that reality.

Maybe not all the time but much more than the person who is negative and believes the world is out to get him. For him a new car will have a higher probability of breaking down. That's how much power our consciousness has over physical reality.

Quantum mechanics says that a particle remains to be a wave until a conscious observer views it, it then becomes a particle and takes up a certain position. Everything in the universe is made up of particles so the individual who contains positive beliefs systems and acts this way arranges his particles in locations that will work best for him while a negative person arranges their waves, which turn into particles, into less advantageous positions.

If your skeptical of this, as you should be of all things, go to a consecrated place and allow yourself to be still. Focus on the sensations in your body. Perhaps, you have a physical pain somewhere. Observe the pain in your body when your in a consecrated space such as a church or temple. Then observe the physical pain when your in a bustling place where there is no room for the sacred or profound. You will find that the physical pain is greater in a less consecrated space. This is because the spiritual energy, or the energy that holds that space which is created by human intent and purpose, is programmed at a lower level. Think of a coffeehouse. People go there not to find comfort and peace but rather to start their day off quickly and get a jumpstart. They're frantic. Conversely at a church or temple people go there to find peace and comfort so naturally that space is of a higher level and soothes the body, mind, and spirit. Intent and purpose matterand have a real observable physical effect.
